I have been the project manager of the "ProteomeXchange" EU FP7 project, which ran from January 2011 till June 2014. The main objectives of the project were achieved. See the main publication of the consortium in Nature Biotechnology (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24727771). Two US partners were included: Institute for Systems Biology (Seattle, WA) and the University of Michigan.
