UK/US Environmental Nanoscience Initiative
The Natural Environment Research Council, in cooperation with the Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council, the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, the Environment Agency, the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the National Science Foundation in the United States, is in the process of finalising a major joint research effort to develop and validate predictive tools and similar conceptual models that predict exposure, bioavailability and effects of manufactured nanomaterials in the environment.
